 © Dusty Perin Merlyn is an 18 hand 12 year old registered gray Percheron stallion, out of Black Hollow Diplomat Lynda by Black Hollow Clint. Merlyn has an exemplary laid back temperament and strong work ethic proven to pass to his offspring. He was born at Black Hollow Farm in Colorado, which is renowned for their conformationally correct Percherons. Merlyn is very refined and proportionate for a draft, allowing him to move freely, with nice shoulder and knee action. Merlyn possesses good bone structure with durable tough hooves, a desirable trait in any horse. Breeding to Merlyn can compliment any breed and add bone and height without the bulky draft look. Merlyn has been successfully sought after by owners of Thoroughbreds, Arabians, European Warmbloods and American Warmbloods to produce nice sport horses. Merlyn's foals have excelled in the fields of dressage, hunter/jumpers, eventers and the all-around riding horse. He throws a traditional looking warmblood without the cost of a European import or high stud fees. Owners of Merlyn's foals always comment on their horse's kind temperament, work ethic and ease of trainability. |

| Sir Lancelot is a 15.3 hand 5 year old Thoroughbred/Percheron cross out of Mica by Merlyn. Sir Lancelot's natural hind end engagement and excellent shoulder movement with a light front end gives him a graceful appearance. He has a natural stretch to the bit with a sensitivity to the aids. |
| Sir Lancelot carries his sire's excellent temperament and work ethic, along with a solid bone and a strong hoof. Lancelot is built naturally uphill, making him an excellent dressage prospect, but with the athleticism and mind to power through a cross country course and with the speed and agility needed for stadium jumping. He is a great all around horse with the ability to pass these traits on to his foals. |

| Aragon is a 14 year old 15.3 hand registered bay Thoroughbred out of Truly Natural by My Boy Adam. Aragon had successfully raced for ten years and come off the track with clean and sound legs, a testament to his hearty breeding. He has spent the last year and a half being a breeding and pleasure horse, enjoying his new life. |
| Aragon is built naturally uphill with a light front end and great hock engagement. He is very refined but well proportionate for a horse of his size and breed. Aragon's slender build is a desirable trait for breeding with drafts to produce an athletic warmblood type horse. Aragon's temperament is exceptional for a Thoroughbred stallion. He is sweet with a kind eye and very easy to handle. Aragon is a true gentleman when it comes to breeding. He can breed either in pasture or in hand. |
| Aragon's conformation is correct with a strong hoof and sound body. When ridden, Aragon possesses a natural head set with a reach for the bit when relaxed and will travel long and low when asked. As mentioned, Aragon would be great crossed with a draft, but would also complement a Quarter Horse, Thoroughbred, or any draft cross. Aragon would also be suited to a pony, giving a typical short chunky pony a lean body with long legs. |
